– Welcome the customer in the showroom (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
– Respond to customer phone calls and emails.
– Listen to their needs and analyze them in order to provide quality advice.
– Make price offers from 3D modeling software.
– Conclude the sale and manage the associated conditions (invoicing, payment)
– Monitor customer files (relaunch of offers, management of complaints)
– Collaborate in the good presentation of the showroom (order, documentation, samples, …)
– Participate in trade fairs
– Travel to clients as needed
